I believe that the world can be changed for the better, but that change or impact needs to be quantified and shared through stories and numbers
— Lindsay Reilly

Hello!

My name is Lindsay Reilly. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside indigenous non-profits for 15 years, in Africa, Latin America and China.  I thrive in asking questions, listening closely and collaboratively coming up with solutions.  I’ve been able to combine my three passions in my professional career that being; program advising, cross-cultural relations and monitoring and evaluation.  I believe that the world can be changed for the better, but that change or impact needs to be quantified and shared through stories and numbers.  I want to be part of a growing conversation that is changing the way organizations think about outcomes and measuring impact.

Academic background: Masters of Intercultural Relations & Theology (Fuller Theological Seminary). Masters of Evaluation (University of Melbourne)

My specialties are in:

  • Program and project management
  • Development of monitoring and evaluation systems
  • People-centered program design and outcomes
  • Cross cultural collaboration, communication and training
  • Participatory Assessments
  • Impact Evaluation
  • Holistic Ministry
