“I believe that the world can be changed for the better, but that change or impact needs to be quantified and shared through stories and numbers”
Hello!
My name is Lindsay Reilly. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside indigenous non-profits for 15 years, in Africa, Latin America and China. I thrive in asking questions, listening closely and collaboratively coming up with solutions. I’ve been able to combine my three passions in my professional career that being; program advising, cross-cultural relations and monitoring and evaluation. I believe that the world can be changed for the better, but that change or impact needs to be quantified and shared through stories and numbers. I want to be part of a growing conversation that is changing the way organizations think about outcomes and measuring impact.
Academic background: Masters of Intercultural Relations & Theology (Fuller Theological Seminary). Masters of Evaluation (University of Melbourne)
My specialties are in:
- Program and project management
- Development of monitoring and evaluation systems
- People-centered program design and outcomes
- Cross cultural collaboration, communication and training
- Participatory Assessments
- Impact Evaluation
- Holistic Ministry
