“Believing in a better world, means getting your hands dirty.” -Kibrom Tadesse
My name is Kibrom Tadesse. I’ve been working in different capacities for the last 10 years ranging from international development work, climate change initiatives, conducting feasibility studies, running large projects, supporting start-ups and consulting new and existing businesses. Throughout my career I’ve learned that I’m passionate about building the capacity of local organizations, whether small businesses, large-NGOS or government offices. Local infrastructure is at the heart of change in any community. I’m using my skills and knowledge to come alongside one company at a time, directing, coaching, and teaching how they can effectively reach their goals.
